The Lifelong Learning (LLL) working group brings colleagues from the TEN partner institutions together to develop and strengthen Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities for teachers. Lifelong learning is vital in a rapidly changing educational landscape, helping teachers stay resilient, innovative, and future-ready. As teacher educators, we invest in CPD because it enhances teaching quality and supports educators throughout their careers.

Across the TEN institutions, approaches and offerings of CPD vary widely. This diversity is our strength: by sharing good practices and learning from each other, we create a dynamic network that fosters collaboration and inspires new ideas. Together, we aim to build opportunities that make lifelong learning a natural part of every teacher’s career.
