SESSION TYPES
Research papers
Presentations between 15 to 20 minutes with 5 minutes of discussion. These presentations will be organized in multi-paper (parallel) sessions up to three papers on a similar theme (including papers about work in progress).
Poster presentations
Presenters provide an overview of their work on an A1 display and discuss the detail of their worlk to small groups during a 90 minute session, including time for questions.
Workshops
Interactive demonstration or experiential sessions of 1 hour rooted in participation and active learning. We suggest presenters to choose the workshop format if half or more of the time will be spent on experiential learning and active audience participation focused on the development of new skills, techniques, or proficiencies.
All Proposals should include:
- Title
- Author credentials: names and affiliations
- Abstract (200 words max)
- Biographies (100 words max) for all presenters
Each participant can only send and / or present up to two proposals maximum.
